A lawsuit filed in Manhattan court against Donald Trump, his sister Maryanne Trump Barry and the company of his brother Robert Trump , who died in August, accuses them of "fraudulent fraud" and conspiracy. WHAT IS HE ACCUSING THEM OF? Mary Trump also made these claims in her recently published book, "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man." She accused Trump of "squeezing" her as they tried to gain control of the property of her grandfather, Fred Trump , Donald Trump's father, who died in 1999. 'THEY TRICKED ME' "Cheating was not just a family business, it was a way of life," the lawsuit reads. In a statement given to reporters by her attorney, Mary Trump says the defendants "betrayed her, conspiring to steal me, lying about the value of the property I inherited and tricking me into giving up everything for a fraction of the real value."
