Police investigation against Knin's Marie Antoinette or why it is leaking where it shouldn't be
Only the way in which the results of the investigation are presented to the public is more painful than tragicomic telephone conversations and messages

Let me say this right away: I have no idea what a state exam is, but I know how to take it. By calling himself Josip Rimac, the state secretary in the Ministry of Administration, and if Josipa Rimac was arrested and her mobile phone was confiscated, then the person who arranges things for the state exam instead is called. Who is that? You see, in us, a socially integrated, influential and successful man differs from one who is not different in that he knows who is arranging what at all times. I will not say that I am or that I am not that, it does not concern you after all, but this is certainly not a place where it should be said who instead of the arrested and suspect Josip Rimac arranges for the state exam. Namely, if I were to announce here who this new Joseph is (or who this new Joseph is), the information would become available to everyone and everyone would have already passed the state exam.
And that is not the point of the state and the exam. It’s the same as when, as a very young boy, they first explain to you what money really is and tell you that money is actually a completely worthless piece of paper and that there is just as much of it as is printed. You then innocently and reasonably ask: well, why don't we print so much money so that we can all be rich. Because, son, the meaning of money is precisely to separate with money those who have from those who do not. But that paper is still worthless. Same thing with the state exam. The purpose of the state exam is to separate those who know Josip Rimac from those who do not know Josip Rimac. So just as money symbolizes value, even though it is worth nothing, so Josipa Rimac, until she is arrested, symbolizes the state, even though it is not the state.
And now instead of it, someone symbolizes the state, so it should be called around taking the state exam. But isn't the senseless persecution, suspicion and arrest of Josip Rimac pointless if there is someone else to call now? Of course not. Josipa Rimac was arrested, arrested, imprisoned, arrested for two reasons: to make the masses believe that the state exam will no longer be taken in this way, and to reduce the number of those who successfully pass the state exam. The one he now calls is burdened by the fate of Josip Rimac, so he is not generous in settling things, and he will remain in his formal or informal state position until he turns into Josip Rimac. Again, the same thing is with money: devaluation is the same as the arrest of Josip Rimac.
In order for devalued money to be worth more, it is not enough just to have a greater symbolic value, but it is necessary for people to believe that money is worth more than it is really worth and that devaluation is something that will make us better. Likewise, in order for Josip Rimac's successor to perform his job as the secret organizer of the state exam as efficiently as his predecessor, the broad masses must believe in something that, based on all their previous experiences, should be impossible and unbelievable: the state exam cannot be arranged and there is no longer a secret organizer of state exams. In both cases, both in the case of devaluation and in the case of the state exam, this is exactly what happens every time: most people accept what is contrary to common sense and experience.
Yes, I was a little moved by reading in the newspapers and portals how Josipa Rimac did it. " Gabi's brother is passing," she tells her co-worker, so let them "watch him a little." And Gabi is, of course, until recently Minister Žalac . Then he calls a famous goldsmith, says about one of his own: "He only got literature today and is afraid to come to his mother's house if he doesn't pass", Josipa Rimac orders them to "watch out" for him as well. Secretaries from the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs call to "watch out" for Medved's driver, Josipa Rimac. After all, Dubravko Novak , the director of the Police Academy and one of those police evergreen old men, whose kind face we have been looking at for twenty years, also calls and asks to "watch out" for the son of his security chief. Novak wants their son not to be "massacred".

In addition to being a little moved, was I a little disgusted by this? Of course I did, but I was not disgusted with Gabrijel Žalac and Josip Rimac, with drivers, secretaries and sons, or even with Dubravko Novak, although, in principle, I am sick of all these career Croatian police honest people, but I am disgusted with that investigation and those investigators, who, again on someone's higher order, let information leak to the media, social networks, tweets and Facebook that infamous and infuriates the public on Knin's Queen Josip Rimac and her friends, acquaintances, associates, former ministers and former secretaries of state and secretaries, who today dip into septic tanks, after being dipped in honey for years, and then it is pushed under the nose of the public, who will, of course, believe in everything and who will, of course, lick whatever is offered to her. Because such is life, because it must be so, with people and among people.
And the fact that information is leaking from what is left of the media in today's Croatia is proof that Josipa Rimac has a successor, in charge of "keeping an eye" on the privileged when taking the state exam. Because if it were not so, the investigators, their bosses and supervisors would not have the need to discredit the untouchable Dubravko Novak and Gabriela Žalac until yesterday, nor to make a national mockery of the consecrated, ordained and raised to heaven above the royal city national saints Josip Rimac. they and their superiors did their job in the quietest silence and discretion, and they would leave mockery and embarrassment to those for whom it was a job or a hobby. Where the police, the prosecution and the court deal with embarrassing people, justice is done by someone else. Or justice is dipped in honey and then in a septic tank.
At the time I took the driving test, in that state, too many decades ago, the average driving test exit was nine. The business was run by retired police officers, who made good money on their work, and the state was not averse either: the topic would train the candidates perfectly in driving, the topic would drive them into a sura and show them what the state is. Of course, it was different if you knew who to call. But even if you didn't know, there was a solution: go to Herzegovina and pass your driving test there from the first. My father knew, but he didn't want to call - well, let me determine the material, let me learn to drive, and in God's justice I will pass - and I didn't want to go to Herzegovina just because of the driver's license. In the end, by some miracle, I passed from another.
Not much has changed in the meantime, as there is no difference between the state exam for Josip Rimac and the driving test in Sarajevo in the 1980s. In both cases, it is a folklore tradition on which the state was built and because of which the same state is gradually falling apart. It's the same with money again. When money ceases to be worthwhile: when people stop believing in its value, not when it devalues to nonsense. Then people buy German marks.
