Thus, the company IPT Inženjering, Petek's acquaintance Ljubomir Perušić , won the pre-tender , which, it is suspected, should have designed the tender in order to win Petek. According to the content of the recorded conversations, IPT Inženjering started drafting the project documentation, but there was no tender, and yesterday the police started making arrests.
