Telegram finds out: A woman on Škoro's electoral list was convicted of aiding and abetting organized crime
The Supreme Court upheld the verdict against Davorka Smokovic, a former state attorney from Pazin. And that is not her first problem with the law

On the list of the Homeland Movement in the 8th constituency, Miroslav Škoro put former municipal state attorney from Pazin Davorka Smoković, who was recently convicted of corruption, ie favoring the controversial entrepreneur Dražen Golemović in the investigation against him.
And that is not the only problem with the law that Davorka Smoković had. In 2016, the Rijeka County Court found her guilty of issuing unjustified travel orders and sentenced her to a single unconditional sentence of nine months in prison, because the court concluded that she had damaged the state budget to HRK 56,333.
She was recently finally convicted of aiding and abetting organized crime, suspended for eight months in prison with a probation period of two years. A final verdict has been handed down now, after more than ten years of trial
