BURNO U SABORU

BURNO IN THE PARLIAMENT There was a spark between Plenković and Selak Raspudić, Orešković also answered: 'This law is a big lie' I see no logic or sense. It is as if you have slept since the earthquake until today - said the Prime Minister to the MPs of Most Writes: Hina, Jutarnji.hrPosted: September 2, 2020 10:10 am Marija Selak Raspudic Marija Selak Raspudic Goran Mehkek / Cropix Facebook Twitter Messenger E-mail NEW 11:30 - This law is one big lie. It will not give the damaged citizens what they hope for. The law itself does not prescribe any programs of reconstruction measures and activities. It is written that it will be prescribed later, on the go, in the Government, more precisely in the rooms, corridors and cabinets of your Government. It is still remembered how the rehabilitation of Agrokor was planned in those same rooms. Citizens will not benefit from that, but I have no doubt that the intimacies of the Government and Milan Bandić will benefit - Dalija Orešković replied to the Prime Minister's speech, writes tportal . - I hope that as a lawyer you know what representative bodies do and what the executive does. It is an elementary alphabet. How would it be to give everything to Parliament for implementation. How long do you think this renovation will take - 200, 300 or 500 years? Please reduce your demagoguery a little. It will be useful for you, for your credibility, for a sense of reality. It is rude to qualify this as a lie - Plenković answered her. Oreskovic called for a violation of the rules of procedure, saying that it was inappropriate for the prime minister to tell her that she was rude. - Answer one question, how long will the reconstruction of Zagreb take? she asked. - You said that something was a lie and I did not give you a reprimand and I did not give a reprimand to the Prime Minister's answer because I thought it was a debate, maybe an awkward one - Jandroković told her, but Orešković continued to argue with him and received a reprimand. 10:30 - We all have a great responsibility to ensure the reconstruction process that will provide people with a roof over their heads and to make Zagreb a safe place to live and work. The renovation itself can be an opportunity to start a discussion on the urban development of the city - said Plenković, as reported by tportal . Marija Selak Raspudic had the first reply . - Why this whole play with a law that was not necessary because we already have a legal solution? Why are you acting like a legislative profiteer? - she asked Plenković. - I don't see the logic or the point. It's like you've slept since the earthquake until today. You say that this is an urgent procedure, just the opposite, we had a public debate and two readings. The law concerning general disasters is insufficient. With this law, they would not be able to solve anything - Plenković told her, to which Selak Raspudić responded for violating the rules of procedure because the Prime Minister disparages her. 10:20 - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković presented the final text of the law on the reconstruction of Zagreb and its surroundings from the earthquake to parliamentarians on Wednesday, saying that everyone has a great responsibility to provide a roof over their heads for citizens who do not have it. work. Although that is not the primary purpose of this law, the reconstruction itself can be an opportunity to solve numerous unresolved infrastructural problems and to open a debate on the urban development of Zagreb, Plenković said in the Croatian Parliament. He expressed his belief that everyone will rise above politics and use the opportunity to provide citizens with a law that will be high quality, transparent, fair and enforceable. He reminded that the earthquake on March 22 was the most devastating in a hundred years, the damage it caused was estimated at 86 billion kuna, which is about 60 percent of the state budget and exceeds everything that Croatia has faced so far. In the area of Zagreb, 25,000 buildings were damaged, in Krapina-Zagorje County 409, and in Zagreb 510 buildings, a total of almost 26,000. If the damaged buildings are viewed by ownership, about 1.5 percent of them are for public use, and 98.5 percent are privately owned. The Prime Minister reminded that after the earthquake, the Government and all services reacted quickly: they prepared urgent and short-term measures to take care of the most vulnerable, began to make a list of damages and documentation for international financial assistance and prepared a quality legal framework for long-term reconstruction. He pointed out that the legal proposal for the reconstruction of Zagreb and the surrounding counties determines the principles and rules for long-term organized reconstruction, and all competent professions are involved in its drafting. I am convinced that the final proposal of the Law will be a quality foundation that will initiate and ensure reconstruction and meet the expectations of citizens who suffered damage in the earthquake and the general public, said Plenković, who expects broad support from the law. The law, above all, provides for the renovation of buildings that are unusable and temporarily unusable. It is envisaged that the structural renovation of these buildings will be financed from the state budget, the budget of Zagreb, counties, cities and municipalities, the funds of the owners or co-owners of buildings, and funds from other sources.
