FASCISM IS STILL A MENACE ! 2

  FOREWORD
The tittle of this pamphlet may be somewhat confusing to the superficial reader to whom fascism merely means the brutal dictatorship of whihc Hitler and Mussolini were the outstanding symbols. The popular conception  of fascism is that it is creation of evil, power- drunk men, and that  it can be  done away with by destroyng the evil men.  Hitler and Mussolini are destroyed - the particular despotiem symbolized by them are crushed, gone, as thtey had never been. Yet, fascism is rampant
the moder world.
Fascism, Nazism, call it what you will, is not the reflex of weacked, brutal power- drunk individuals. Rather, it is relex of a duing social system, a system of society that can o longer operate under the old laws and rule normal to its existence. Fascism in its recent and current manifestation , represents the instinctive effort of social anarchy and complete social disintegration.    Capitasim has long since reached the end of its normal development. Technologically it prepare society for the classless, stateless Socialis society of production for use. It has pointed the way to the transition  from rotten -ripe , chaotic capitaism to the sane new order of Socialism; It organized the workers into industrial battalions , trained and drilled for the exercise of industrial self-government, and laid the fundation and supplied the famework of the Socialist Industria Republic.  But it did not actually organise, could not in the nature of things have  organiized, the workers themselves into the industrial union  that must constitute the industrial administration, the governmental machiinery of the new society aborning. That task is reserved for the worker themselves., who, concious of their class status in capitalist society , and concious of their historic missin and social destiny, must themselves band together to effect their emancipation, and by so doing, effect the liberation of all mankind  from bomdage , and clear the way for the further revolution of society towar those loftier  goals impossible of achievement under class-ruled societies..............."
